This year’s feature is Single & Twin Cylinder tractors

The tractor section at Carrington is also well known for having a good display of the early tractors. Every year the rally selects one make or model of tractor to have as a special feature. Doing this shows off the differences between them and also it is a good way to see a range of similar tractors in a block together. It also brings out some machines that you don’t get to see that often. Situated in front of the rows of show tractors there will be the ever growing tractor club and various organisation stands who put on fantastic displays

We also have a working field where you can see the vintage tractors ploughing and also some steam ploughing.

New for 2017 there will be a belt driven area. Here you will see a wide display of machines that are driven by belts from tractor fly wheels or by stationary engines. The idea behind this is to show how these machines were used when they were actually working on a farm. The rally will still be having its popular working field where you will see tractors of all shapes and sizes working down the land with various types of implements.
