TRADER FAQ

  • Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed but we kindly ask that owners ensure that they are kept on a lead at all times and that any mess is cleaned up. Failure to pick-up dog mess will result in a fine being issued.
  • Do you offer discounts?
Our aim is to provide a show that caters for everyone equally. As a result tickets are the same price for all adults. Our ticket prices have not been increased in over 2 years (unlike most shows) and we aim to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience at the show.
  • Do you have a cash machine?
Unfortunately due to cost we don’t have a cash machine at the show. Most trade stalls will accept card transactions over £5.
  • Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept common contactless payments on the gate. We still advise visitors to bring some cash for trade stalls as mobile signal at the show site can be limited.
  • Do you have mobility scooter hire?
We don't have mobility scooter hire facilities at Carrington Rally
  • What time does the show open?
The gates for public entry open at 9am.
  • Do you have disabled parking?
All our carparks are grass fields and we do allocate as much space at the front of these car parks, closest to the showground, for disabled badge holders. Spaces can not be reserved and are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • What parking is available?
The show maintains 3 large grass car parks which are marshalled by staff. Access during wet weather is easy for cars and volunteers are available to give help when needed.
  • Bus & Coach Parking
We have space to accomodate busses and coaches but we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so that the parking team can prepare.
  • How do I book camping?
Advance booking of camping pitches is now closed. We usually have plenty of camping space for those wishing to "pitch & pay" on arrival at the showground.
  • How late can we arrive?
The camping field closes for new entries between 8pm - 9pm in the evening. Please be respectful to other campers in our camping fields if you are arriving late or reentering the site.
  • Do you have electric hook up?
Sadly, due to rising fuel costs, we no longer offer electric hook up as an option in our camping field.
  • Can I bring a motorhome?
Yes, motorhome are accepted in our camping fields.
  • Do you have showers?
Unfortuantely we don't offer any form of shower block for campers.
  • Waste Water
In the camping fields we have sluice and waste water points availble for all to use.
  • Do you have Water?
Yes. We have mains fed water supplies to our main camping sites. In busy years we may need to use overflow camping grounds and you may have to walk a short distance to collect water.
